Ownership
Mind Math, its lessons, practice questions, worked explanations, lesson videos, artwork, characters, game designs, sound, and software are original works owned by Mind Math and protected by copyright. © 2026 Mind Math. Content is original
Teaching content is written and produced for this app. Practice questions, topic lessons, worked solutions, and the animated lesson videos are authored in-house and rendered by our own tooling. The games, their levels, characters, and music-free sound design are original. Mind Math does not embed YouTube, host user-uploaded media, or display content submitted by other people.
Educational standards
Some lessons reference publicly available educational frameworks, including state and national mathematics standards and publicly published competition topic lists. Standards are facts and organizing frameworks rather than copyrightable expression; all wording, examples, artwork, and explanations built around them are ours.
Third-party components
The app is built on open-source software used under its licenses, including React Native and Expo, React Native Skia, Reanimated, and the Planck physics engine (MIT and Apache-2.0 licenses), and Lucide icons (ISC license). Text is set in Nunito, licensed under the SIL Open Font License. These licenses permit commercial use and redistribution in an application. Copyright in each component remains with its authors.
What families may do
Families may install and use Mind Math for personal, educational, and classroom learning. You may take screenshots and show the app to other people. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, resell, or republish the lessons, videos, question banks, or artwork; use them to train a machine-learning model; or reproduce them in another product or service.
Reporting a copyright concern

We review every report and remove or replace material where a claim is substantiated.
