Open Profiles, edit the learner, and choose Delete learner. Number Sense first requests deletion or de-identification of connected data when a valid grown-up grant exists, then removes the profile and progress stored on that device.

If the device is unavailable, email privacy@mindmath.org. Include only the random learner identifier if available and enough information for the grown-up to re-verify authority. Do not email child photos, recordings, school information, or identity documents.

Local profile and progress data are removed from the device. Server progress, notifications, tutor mastery, battle codes, invitations, results, and active credentials are deleted or de-identified. Provider records may be retained only when required for consent evidence, security, or law.
