Mind Math for Grown-ups

Last updated August 31, 2026

Core learning

Grades 1 through 10 math practice, lessons, progress, and games are local-first and ad-free. The free allowance is shared on the device, and no account is required to begin learning.

Optional connected features

One-time known-friend battle codes require verified grown-up approval for each learner. Until you approve, tapping one shows your child how to come and find you and never opens the feature. To approve, open Profiles and pass the grown-up check — it asks you to read a number written in words and type it in digits, which is deliberately not a maths question, since this app teaches maths and a sum would be the one thing your child could already answer. Approval is scoped, expires from the device if credentials are removed, and can be withdrawn. There is no open matching, child search, chat, public ranking, or social feed.

AI Coach permission

AI Coach is not in the current release. A future reviewed release requires permission for every learner. Profiles explains the voice and AI processing, then Epic Kids Web Services emails the parent or guardian and verifies they are an adult. Mind Math unlocks AI Coach only after Epic sends a valid signed confirmation, and withdrawing permission blocks new sessions on the server.

Controls

Profiles provides grown-up approval, device-access removal, progress reset, and learner deletion. For assistance, contact support@mindmath.org or privacy@mindmath.org.
