Email support@mindmath.org with the device type, app version, and a description of the problem. Do not include a child's full name, voice recording, photo, school, location, or contact information.

Friend codes use their own grown-up approval. AI Coach, when present in a reviewed build, uses the Epic parent-verification panel in Profiles and remains unavailable until Epic's signed confirmation is exchanged on that device. Connected features fail closed whenever consent or production service configuration cannot be verified.

Send privacy and deletion questions to privacy@mindmath.org. Mind Math has no chat, advertisements, public directory, or open matchmaking. Premium billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play and can be restored or managed from Learner Profiles.

If Mind Math was originally purchased as a paid Android app and was later reinstalled, open Learner Profiles → Mind Math Premium and enter the GPA order number from the original Google Play receipt. The order is checked with Google and is not attached to a learner or sent to analytics. If the receipt is unavailable, contact support@mindmath.org without including a child's information.
